Between us we have over 16 years experience in the picture framing industry & constantly keep up to date with the very latest framing techniques & trends. At Get The Picture, we believe that a picture framed well should last a life time!

We are proud of the vast range of moulding & mount board samples we are able to offer, ranging from ‘cheap & cheerful’, up to Conservation & Museum quality materials. On display in the shop are over 300 different wood, polymer & aluminium moulding samples to choose from, but we have access to a much wider range through a selection of moulding catalogues, ensuring that the customer is always offered the best possible framing choice. We also offer many FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified mouldings which is the mark of responsible forestry & endorsed by the major environmental charities including Greenpeace & WWF.

We only use the best quality mountboard, & deal with the 3 main suppliers in the UK again ensuring that the customer is always offered the widest choice of colours, textures & styles. Along with glazing choices, we hope we can offer our customers the very best in materials, help & advice, so the finished picture is something to be proud of.

• Bevelled or straight cut apertures
• Over sized mounts
• Multi aperture mounts (mounts with lots of cut-outs for photo’s etc)
• Different shaped apertures (ovals, circles, diamond)
• Title windows
• Wrapped mounts (these are extra thick mounts with coloured paper covering the bevel)
• Mounts with slip frames (this is a straight cut mount with a slip frame inserted in to the aperture)
